Terms of Service

Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using Tether, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. Tether is operated by Skdaddle (“we”, “us”, “our”).

The service

Tether is a shared journaling platform. You create or join a vault, respond to daily or weekly prompts, and your reflections are revealed when all members of the vault have responded. The service is provided on an “as is” basis.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use Tether. One person may not maintain more than one account.

Your content

You retain ownership of all reflections, photos, and other content you submit to Tether. By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to store and display it to the members of your vault. We will never use your content for advertising, training, or any purpose beyond providing the service to you.

Purchases & refunds

Packages are one-time purchases that do not expire. All Access memberships are recurring subscriptions that can be canceled at any time. Refunds may be requested within 14 days of purchase if you have not used the package. Contact contact@skdaddle.com for refund requests.

Acceptable use

Do not use Tether to harass, threaten, or harm others. Do not upload illegal, abusive, or harmful content. We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Limitation of liability

Tether is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
